	Sea Vee / Mercury Grove SLAM! website Billed as the world's richest, biggest, and funnest dolphin tournament, the Grove SLAM! has been a South Florida staple for six years. 	Sea Vee / Mercury Mayor's Cup website One of the most prestigious billfish tournament in the world, the Mayor's Cup sets a new standard. "The Cup" is contested each year as the winner of the tournament presents "The Cup" to the winning team's Mayor and City Hall. In it's first year, "The Cup" was won by a team from Chicago. So "The Cup" spent it's first year of existence in the Windy City. Since that time, "The Cup" has remained in the City of Miami. In 2006, the Cup was won by "Wound Up" who wound up taking home over $93,000.00 in cash prizes!
	FYI / Riviera Yachts Sailfish Kickoff website Florida Yachts International literally plays host to the Sailfish Kickoff as the tournament take place right at the FYI docks in Miami. The "Kickoff" is the true begriming of the South Florida Sailfish Season. During December, the sailfish action lights up and the fishing is red hot. In 2005, the anglers fishing in the Sailfish Kickoff set a world record by releasing 400 sailfish in one day of fishing! That translates into one sailfish being released every minute and 10 seconds.
	Yamaha / Contender Kingfish Masters website The kingfish world has been without an event in South Florida for many years. That all changed this past March with the introduction of the Yamaha/Contender Kingfish Masters. The Kingfish Masters is part of the SKA's Division 10 lineup. The tournament made a huge splash with nearly 100 boats competing in the inaugural event. Anglers were treated to taste of South Florida with a full-out Paella awards dinner. First place was a beautiful Yamaha-powered Contender boat!
	Dewar's 12 Billfish Championship Series website The Dewar’s 12 Billfish Championship Series celebrates everything anglers love about sportsfishing: being on the ocean, great competition, camaraderie…and now Half a Million Dollars! Fishing tournaments are a way in which anglers compete for bragging rights and money; $500,000.00 to be exact. The Dewar’s 12 Billfish Championship Series Rings will be awarded to the team which releases the most billfish during a two-tournament series. The season is comprised of Sailfish Kickoff and The Mayor’s Cup.
	Bahamas Wahoo Challenge website The Bahamas is known for its incredible fishing. The Bahamas Wahoo Challenge showcases one of the best Bahamian fisheries, the wahoo bite. Starting in November, the Wahoo Challenge starts off in beautiful Bimini Bay, Bahamas. In January, the the series travels to West End on Grand Bahama Island. Then, the series makes it's final stop and championship round back in Bimini. Last year, each tournament awarded nearly $100,000.00 in cashed prizes. This year, the prize money should exceed $250,000.00!
	King of Bimini - International SKA Tournament website For the first time ever, the SKA will hit the high seas and head over to Bimini, Bahamas. Bimini is only 50 miles from Miami, so it's a short run to the crystal clear waters of the Bahamas....and MONSTER KINGFISH. The areas in North Bimini are home to the largest kingfish in the region, and SKA anglers will have a chance to win $100,000.00 cash for catching a king over 93 pounds. And there is a great chance that this can happen, especially in the areas known as the Great Isaacs and the Gingerbread Grounds. Teams will trailer down to Miami where their trailers will be kept in a secure lot. Then there will be a group crossing over to the island. We have great parties, incredible fishing, a poker tournament, and more in store for the participants.
